Our Treatments

Swelling Track

For patients with lymphedema or any type of edema. Treatments include Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) in addition to manual therapy and therapeutic exercise as needed.

Physical Therapy Track

Consisting of either rehabilitation of an injury/condition, injury prevention, general fitness and wellness or maintenance. Treatments may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, and functional training.

In sessions of either 30 or 60 minutes, this technique promotes stress reduction, relaxation, and healing through the flow of “life force energy”.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)

Individual sessions of MLD as needed above and beyond the Swelling Track.

Phone Consultations

To assist in determining which Track or Service is best for you. We offer 15-minute phone consultations free of charge.

Annual Musculoskeletal Assessment

Evaluating baseline measures using physical exams, body screens, and tracking changes over time.

We have Direct Access. Pennsylvania law states that patients can obtain treatment from a physical therapist with a direct access license for 30 days prior to requiring an M.D. referral.
